All coding receives a final review on an on-going basis by our QA department to measure individual coder performance and overall customer quality. Coding results are complete within 48-hours (many specialties within 24-hours) and coding is available in real time reports in our reporting system or uploaded securely and automatically into any HIM billing system. Documentation is securely hosted in a HIPAA compliant data center for a minimum of 2 years as part of our basic service.
