Family Practice Coder

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding E/M levels in a family practice setting and experience coding a variety of minor procedures performed in a physician office setting, for example: Laceration repairs, Infusions, Injections, Casting/Strapping. Requires a knowledge of 1995 & 1997 E/M coding documentation guidelines. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.
