Independent contractor will be responsible for coding E/M levels in an emergency department facility and/or a professional setting. Must have experience coding a variety of minor procedures performed in the ED setting, including: Laceration repairs, Infusions, Injections, Casting/Strapping. Requires knowledge of both 1995 & 1997 E/M coding documentation guidelines. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Diagnostic Radiology services in a professional and/or Facility setting. Must have experience coding diagnostic radiology diagnostic studies (MRI’s, CT’s, Ultrasounds, X-ray’s, Nuclear Medicine Studies) performed in an Inpatient, Outpatient and Imaging Center location. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding interventional radiology encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding selective catheterization (arterial & venous), insertions of central venous catheters, various biopsy procedures done under radiological guidance, spinal injections, and other various procedures performed in an interventional radiology type of setting. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Neurosurgery encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding different types of surgeries including: brain and spine surgeries, craniotomies & spinal decompressions & fusions. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding E/M levels in a family practice setting and experience coding a variety of minor procedures performed in a physician office setting, for example: Laceration repairs, Infusions, Injections, Casting/Strapping. Requires a knowledge of 1995 & 1997 E/M coding documentation guidelines. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Cardiology encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding different types of procedures in a Cardiology type of setting. Such as: Cardiac Catheterizations, Duplex Scans, Nuclear Medicine, Thallium Studies, Stress Tests and Echocardiograms. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Orthopaedic Surgical encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding different types of surgeries performed in an Orthopaedic setting such as: Fracture Care, Arthroscopies, Incisions & Drainages, Tendon & Muscle Repairs. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding General Surgical encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding different types of surgeries, such as: Biopsies, Abdominal Surgeries, Hernia Repairs, Lesions, Excisions. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Inpatient stays for a variety of hospital facilities. Must have an extensive knowledge of ICD-9 Procedural Coding; and DRG grouping experience. Must have a minimum of a CPC-H, HIA, RHIT, or CCS certification. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding E/M services in an Oncology setting using 1995 or 1997 E/M guidelines. Also, experience in coding radiation oncology procedures in an office or inpatient setting. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.

Independent contractor will be responsible for coding Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical encounters in a professional and/or facility setting. Must have experience coding surgeries performed in an Oral and Maxillofacial setting, including: Fracture Care, Jaw & Head reconstructions, Tooth reconstructive procedures, etc. Contractor will be required to sign engagement agreement, HIPAA confidentiality document and provide form W-9.
