Founded in 1999, Aviacode has been meeting and exceeding the needs of healthcare providers for 20 years. Our corporate headquarters is located in Salt Lake City, Utah with a second office in Newton, Massachusetts. Over 500 domestic coders, along with all account management, administrative, and financial services, are employed nationwide. If it is related to the medical chart, we do it. From medical coding (pro-fee, facility, and risk adjustment) to auditing and consulting (coding compliance and auditing, management of coding denials, and clinical documentation improvement), we’re there for you. We provide coding services in all 50 states.

OPERATIONS
Aviacode’s global services are located in Hyderabad, India, capital of southern India’s Telangana state. A key hub for the technology industry, it is in close proximity to many health science centers at nearby universities and other healthcare organizations to provide an optimal pool of qualified employees. Over 200 Aviacode-employed global coders, all certified by AHIMA or AAPC, operate in an Aviacode-owned facility. We are a seven days a week, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year – full service coding operation. We deliver the same QA standards and quality commitment including 95% accuracy and a 48 hours turnaround time globally. We also provide secure HIPAA compliance for both our U.S. and India based global resources.
